Not on the list: supplements. Everything here is prescription medication, filled by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you. The weight and metabolic plans use compounded medication, prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for your prescription and not reviewed by the FDA — we say so plainly wherever it applies. Testosterone is a controlled medication, used off-label in women, so it's prescribed only after a clinician has seen you and your labs — that's why it's a separate plan with the labs built in. On the menopause plan, labs happen only if your clinician orders them, and the lab bills you directly.
